Innovated, designed, and named by the studio, Old Standard Moonshine is the world's first moonshine design printed on fabric. Each label is hand printed, stitched, and numbered for the local folk of Colorado. "For close friends and combustible engines."
NoMad Playing Cards
Designed for Theory11 and The NoMad Hotel in NYC. NoMad Playing Cards were inspired by actual architectural elements of The NoMad Hotel. From the fireplace in the lower level to the hotel’s signature phrase: “Made Nice". The back design, when rotated laterally, forms the shape of an eye - a gentle nod to the Latin phrase at the top and bottom of each card: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Even the interior of the box has a pattern branded with The NoMad logo. No detail was left untouched.
Old Town Distilling Co. has been a client of the studio since its birth and Native Nectar is the first brand out of six to make its début from the studio. From the product naming to the label finishing, the goal with their organic vodka was to showcase the vodkas purity and quality through the design while injecting a handcrafted look in an unexpected way. "I didn't want for it to scream 'luxury' but whisper it softly in your ear."
Promineo was created as a promotional piece to send out to clients and agencies at a limited number of only 300 produced in order to promote my work and new studio. Promineo is the latin word meaning 'to stand out' and the aim was to develop a label that did just that. The label design took many weeks in development and a equal amount of time was dedicated to the actual printing of the label. The printing is entirely letterpress which consists of 2 engraving inks and 2 foils on Neenah's Epic Black paper stock.
This printing process ensures that no two bottles are the same. Each individually printed, hand labeled, and hand numbered.

Old Town Distilling Co.
Old Town Distilling Co. is a new spirit company based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. They sought the studio out in 2014 to not only rebrand their current bar & new distillery but also to develop several spirits over the next few years. After the first stage of branding the bar, the aim was to develop a versatile label that would allow their distillers to experiment creating innovative liquors that they could then self-label and test at their local bar.
To develop a label that felt personal and hand-crafted. One that reflected the distiller's passions for distilling and expressed to their consumers that this is truly a locally authenticated product. Old Town Distilling Co. took their name directly from the nickname of Fort Collins, a town that runs deep with railroad history so inspiration was drawn from antique railway tickets. Each label carefully and beautifully filled out on-site and stamped with a custom batch number.
Dagger & Co. Tattoo Shop
Branding for a tattoo shop that resides on the island of Malta. Operated by two eccentric owners whose goal was to stand out amongst what is typically expected for tattoo shop identities. They are responsible for launching the first international tattoo convention on the island for which I also had the honor to create the posters for along side renown illustrator DZO Olivier.
Branding yourself or your own studio always seems like the hardest thing to do. My goal was to showcase a brand and design that displayed the three keywords I consider myself being: 'Passionate, Meticulous, and Conceptual.' Every choice from the placement of logo elements, to the size of the card, to the print finishing were carefully considered and selected. I wanted to make obvious my scrutiny for detail and give a small nod to what I love designing most, liquor design. In the end, I wanted the business cards in particular to be something that you couldn't simply tuck away in a wallet and one where you couldn't bring yourself to throw it away.

Distroya Spiced Spirit is a liquor born from legend out of the Great North Sea and one that was fathered by a once mighty viking king. It is an age-old and isle born spirit of mythic proportions that is comprised of natural fruits, herbs, roots, and spices. This is Part I (seen here) of III in the first ever 'liquor trilogy'.
I was contacted by the Trautwein Distillery Company to create and develop their new brand 'Migrant' in 2012. They're a German based company who wanted to develop a brand based on their late grandfather, Ken Trautwein, 1930's migration. The whiskey is uniquely made by using scottish blends from their next door neighbor in Speyside which are then aged in American oak all the while being distilled in Germany. Truly a cross-cultural experience.
Saint Muerte is beautifully balanced wine out of Mexico with a sinister yet sophisticated look. The 'saint' is a figure attempting to disguise itself with the mask of a man so he may travel amongst the living in order to lure souls to partake in this intoxicating drink of ominous bliss. Beware all 'Muerte En Disfraz'.
Harvey Ventures is an oil and gas company that provides strategic investment opportunities in the areas of mineral rights and exploration. The challenge was to create a brand that exuded success, legitimacy, and trustworthiness while overcoming the negative reputation of standard oil and gas industries.
Logo for a clothing company in Brooklyn, NY. The aim was to create a logo that came off as elegant yet masculine. One that let consumers know that it is a respectable brand with a strong 'brooklyn' influence.
